Southsider Motel - Coos Bay

We stayed here for 1 night, it was exactly what we had in mind. The room was clean, without a doubt, had a microwave oven and a fridge. The staff was genuinely helpful and helpful and around most of the time. Easy access to North Bend Municipal airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away.

The bed was good, and overall fabulous room❤

This place could've been great, but alas. The noise from the highway was deafening, almost as if they wanted us to suffer. Plus, the rude manager brushed off my concerns like ants on a picnic. Woudl ve been nice to receive an upgrade for my troubles-guess that's too much to ask here! Almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

There are spotlessly clean rooms with big size bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and the stuff is genuinely helpful and amiable.

Bed was surprisingly comfortable despite traffic noise.

i had a fantastic time exploring coos bay from this motel since it's a short walk to the coos bay boardwalk and mingus park, made my weekend full of scenic views and lovely strolls.

The manager and housekeeper were professional and approachable . I really appreciated how they checked in daily to see if I needed anything. The spacious Standard Queen Room was clean and had modern amenities like a fridge and microwave. The shower pressure was refreshingly strong.

The proximity to the highway meant occasional noise that might disturb light sleepers.

It was just a perfect match for a weekend excursion in Coos Bay with very nice value for money. The room had a mildew smell, but I still enjoyed the cozy bed for a quick nap after my long drive. Avoid the place if you're looking for any comforts.

I really loved the spacious room with a solid fridge and microwave, but the bedding wasn't up to par with what I expected. Still, I'd consider staying here again!

The kids had a blast at the Coos Bay Boardwalk, enjoying the sights and local shops. The spacious room provided enough space for our family of five, and the fridge was essential for snacks .

In my wife's opinion, the overall cleanliness was lacking.

The shower pressure was more refreshing than a cool breeze, and the rooms, though vintage, sparkled with cleanliness that would was good. A charming nod to the past with modern touches, good!
